Yesterday i had an amazing evening. I went out for a movie in town with a VIP. Imagine walking around Oslo city on a sunday evening with someone beside you talking about random stuff, I really had fun.  Anyway  today i just want to show you guys what me and Chrisander ' Free Flow ' made for dinner. Now we are in the business.

After some days with the Artist mangement course with the founder of scandavias biggest hiphop magasine, Kingsize. Me and my friend free flow and three other guys were yesterday night declared ready and incharge of the promotion and sales for the new coming Album G4 (Gatekunst 4 ) with artist like Madcon, Karpe Diem, Samsaya, Onkl P and 16 elected youths from an audition held some months ago. Yesterday were listening to some of the songs in the album trying to find out a promo song and i have a feeling that this Album is going to supprise a lot.
At the moment we are planing on how we are going to do this. So people get ready cause we are coming .....

 This weekend was more than perfect. I am working on project at schoool where by we are making a traffic light system. Its not easy but i and my team mate are progressing in the process. I spent much time early on friday on this project and then took a trip to the D-town.

After greeting some friends in town, i went to a party Filaung had organised. Here i meet a lot of good people, boys and girls. While the Dj was doing his jobb playing, Steffen, Anne, Anne, Elon and me were teaching each other some dance moves which we called basketball dance.

After work on saturday i went to a club in Oslo called Smuget, here there was a party for some who are in the snowboard activities.

5 five years ago i was living in a camp as refugee. The goverment of Norway came and collect some families in this camp and braught them to Norway. My family was lucky to be one of them. The money spent on us came from people in Norway. Today was my time to help other refugees out in there in the world.
We went back to Drammen to help with the collection of money for today's TV campaing after yesterdays out trip. It was really fun going around asking people for money. Almost every one i asked contributed. There are a lot of good people in this country. What supprised me is that a lot of people wanted to help, its like they had already decided before going out of their house that today they were going to do a different. I even made a lot friends while going around for the collection.

We better watch out brothers and sisters. A sniper in Sweden is shouting on people with immigrant back grounds

 What is it that our grand parents did to make some people hate us this much? This subject has been argued many times. Sometimes we pretend as if this thing doesn't exist until someone is hurt and thats when we start thinking about this. I know you are not a rasist, but someone near you is and they hate me just because i don't look like them. They would rather live with a dog or other different type of animals but not someone like me. But one thing you should know; this is me, I can change they way i live but not the way i look. I did not chose to look like this and if i had a choice, being black was going be the only choice for me. I am a black man, son of a slave, son of Africa. This is me , i am proud of being black and respect the fact that you look different. So why don't you respect my ways of looking ? though we all feel different, but you are just like me.

So far this year they have been ten to fifteen shootings against people of immigrant origin in Sweden which the  police believe is a racial thing. In 14 of the 15 shooting incidents the victim has a dark skin says VG in todays article. This is very wrong and sad. The world is not the same has it was 100 years ago. We are mixing up to live as one. Its too late to stop the up coming generation. Lets just respect one anothe and live in peace beacuse  that what we here for....

I don't remember the last time i meet all of my brothers and friends from the D. Town (Drammen ) at the same time. But on saturday one of our brother, Dominic had a birhtday party and this was the day. Just after work i went home for a shower and got ready for the party which took place at Drammens teater kafen. I got dress up and borrowed my sister's car.I went on and meet El romantico in town then  we went to the party. Dominic is one of the greatest person i know, very open and social. This is the reason to why the place was full of people from any where you could think of.

Every day is not sunday, today is thursday and the weekend is on the corner. Its feels like i've won something and don't know what is it. Well after todays lecture i went straight home and did some homework for about an hour.I was waiting for some friends who were coming for a visit. At the same time i was waiting to see i was going to get an answer from yesterdays auditions. Well Sunni and Åsne came over and after talking for almost an hour at our place, went went out for a Kebab.

FIRST TIME IN AN ELECTRIC CAR 

Believe it, today was the first time i got into an electric car. Åsen has one, its realy cool. easy to drive, park and can easily turn just anywhere you want on the road and ofcourse good for the enviroment. I think i know what kind of car am going to have next.

On our way to bislet kebab, i got the phone i was waiting for, '' hi, is this OMJ OLI? yea i said, i just wanna let you know that you are one of the 24 lucky chosen who are going to work on the album we working on''. Can i say its like a dream coming true because for the past two todays i honestly was kind like dreaming about how important this could be to me if am chosen. well i just have to thank God because its not everyone out there who have this same opportunity. Am looking forward to this and i hope to get as much information and experience as i can through out the process to help me be the kind of artist manager i want to be.

Waiting for the audition results i just had

Kingsize is scandanavias biggest hiphop magazine. For some days back with the help of my good  friend, and music producer, Free Flow i sent an application mail on a project Kingsize have this year. The project is in form of a course where 24 young people are going to be chosen and taught how to be artist managers. These 24 people will then later on in the process join 16 others chosen young singers and rapper around Norway who are working on album together with professional artists like Madcon, Karpe diem and etc....
Both me and Free Flow were at the head office of Kingsize for auditions to be a part of the management panell on the project. The audition was in form of an interview where every one was telling a bit of what they have done in the past to see if it connects with the project. I can't say it went bad or well, but this could be one of the memorable project since i moved to the capital city.
Later on during the same evening, we went to a lokal hiphop club . To me this place seemed like a gathering place for the norwegian hiphop artist where they just sit and relax with two or couple of drinks with some good hiphop songs and two of the songs perfomed by the swedish rapper, Castor P were produced by Free Flow. The place was full people in the music society like Jesse Jones. While we were there chilling , they was also a live radio broadcast from Goodshit radio. It feels like things are going in some interesting direction .........looking forward

At klækken hotel on cource

I was up very early in the morning today, had to get on a buss at 8: 30 am. The thing is, i went to bed very late because of watching ''cop out'' by Bruce willis and Tracy Morgan. very funny. Anyway sat on the buss for an hour.
Together with 40 other people who work in the same company as i, we started the cource called how to handle a conflict situation which was lead by one the leaders in our company. At the moment we have learned some tricks on how to talk people in conflict situation and self defend. its really fun up here.  I love the place. Its calm and a better place to relax if someone has been working hard during the week.

 To those of you who outside Norway, Voe is the name of a youngest famous norwegian girl (15 years old) who for the past days has caught the eye of the local media after she managed to get almost 60 000 views and more than 200 comments  daily on her blogg. Voe has been blogging about different things and to be honnest, she is an inspiration to a lot of people including myself  into this blogging business. I don't read her blogg daily, but today i just thought of going through her blogg to find out what she has been up to lately and i found a very interesting article. This article is about her visit to Africa.

 Voe was in Africa, Malawi  according to her blogg on a mission called '' Girls campain'' organised by Plan Norway. The purpose of the campian is to remind the people that all the girls in the world deserve to be safe  and you can be part of the campain by signing through facebook .
'' I was in Malawi for 5-6 days and experienced a lot of different things, both sad and good. At first it was confusing going from one project to another. But afterwards i suddenly see a red thread into all this. they are connected '' said Voe on her blogg.
This might sounds crazy, but after reading through what she was doing down there,  i think by this time Voe has showed people that life is not only about you but sometimes is about other people. I really liked this because its somehow reflects to what i wrote last week about giving a little. People, life is about giving and forgiving. Where do you think you got the life you are living now ? believe it or not,  it was given to you. This is just to remind you that you can make a different.
 One more thing that was so special to me about her visit to Malawi which is aslo the reason that i chose to write about this; is that i grew up in this country. Moved to Malawi when i was 6 years and left when i was 17 years ...its where i call home when i think about Africa though i was born in Congo D.R. so thank you Voe for reminding me of my other country ....

Why killing our own kind ? and who is behind all this ?

I am sure a lot of people have asked  this same question. I don't really understand why peolple are killing each other. God created us so that we could live together as a family and share what we have been given. But instead people have gone crazy killing each other like a fun game. The world is full of war and if we try to find out exactly why these wars are going on, it seems like there some people some where there who are enjoying this and therefore supporting or encouraging the killing of human kind. This is what i think because it doesn't make any sense at all. Just ask yourself how can a group of people in Somalia, Congo or any other poor nation where there is war afford to buy the guns they are using if they can't afford to buy food for their children at home?

Where are they getting all these?

They are killing people almost every day and one other thing that i don't understand is that; Why can't the politician leders stop the production of weapon ? this could at least reduce the amount of killing and they have the power to do it. I am starting to think that some of our leders are into this business. They earning money on this. This is really bad..bad bad ........this i what has been in my mind the all day after reading an article in todays news paper about the killing in Somalia...

Why is mathematics difficult ?

To me it is difficult. I remember when i was in primary school, me and friends used to argue with the teacher about maths saying  '' we are not going to be shoppkeepers so why do we have to take this subject?'' What we didn't know or thought of  was that we needed maths in the future no matter where we will be working. Ofcourse we need maths, but does it have to be so difficult that some people chose to drop out of school because it? ( i know some who have ) and this is the reason to why me and my friends were argueing with  the teacher about . Because we thought it was difficult and therefore needed some arguement to drop it.

Today i was doing some maths excerise at school, it was not too difficult but a lot that it made me think again to why exactly do we learn mathematics. Maybe its because i am behind the teacher ? no, hes two chapter ahead , its just difficult. Out of 15 questions, i manged  to do 10 without any problem and used almost 3 hours on the rest and still could not understand how to solve them.
i just wish the guy who started this  maths idea was here to help..........

How to get good grades in school

Have you ever had a feeling that you have been working very hard at school for months, weeks and todays but still you don't get the results you were expected? I have, and to improve from this disapointment, i have been searching on the net for articles that would help me and in addition i ask some friends for some tips...you see, friendship is an inportant part of our lives so don't destroy it.

Anyway today i thought of sharing with you some of the tricks i use to get the result i want. Here are some :

1:    Take shower every morning if you have the posibility, this helps you recover from the morning tiredness  and you will therefore be active in class.
2:    Eat break fast. Your brain needs food to function in the right way and this will make it easy for you to remember what you've learn.
3:    Minimise your time for watching TVand internet surffing. This help the brain to remain fresh
4:    Do some physical excerise in through fitness trening, dancing and many other activities that will make you sweat for at least 15 minutes
5:   Don't go to bed very late...
This is all i have for you as of now.

NB: Remember to always be positive and a smile on your face makes it work...........

Every day is not sunday

The day yesterday started very well. Just after everyone was up, we went for a walk and got us some food from a local store for break fast. While eating, all my mind was on the football game between Chelsea and Arsenal. Just after the movie was finished, i went to a sport bar for the game and this day was not like every sunday. Arsenal lost 2-0 to chelsea

But today was different. Before going to school, i took back the movies to the renting shop whcih is just 3 blocks away from my apartment. We then took the buss to town, by this time i was together with Elromantico.

Today we were going to present the projects we have been working with for the past days. But unfortunately my group was not chosen to present. I am not disapointed about this though i've spent much time preparing for this in case i was to be chosen. This is all that we were suppose to do today. I wanted to go home early, but choose not to. I sat and did some maths exercise up to 20 hours...another day good day...

Yesterday night wasn't bad at all. We ended to a  private party at the Grand Hotel in Oslo, the hotel where Mr President Obama was during his stay in Norway.

Going out tonight

I don't remember when last i went out in Oslo. To be honnest, i don't like to go out. I like home parties best because i don't actually see the meaning in going out.If it is to have fun, i can go to friends and we do something fun together. Am not saying going out is wrong, but you have to be carefull because there are a lot of bad things happenig out there. But today i've desided to go and take a look and see how it is like out there.
so let me see what tonight is going to bring..

School to work

I just came from work now and it feels good to be finished. Some times i ask myself questions that i can't even answer. Yesterday at work, i was like why exactly do people go to school for except from gaining knowledge? if its work, i got one. so why? cause i could just stopp school and work full time. But one thing i have thought of to be the reason to why people go or should be going to school for is that; school do not only get you a jobb, but it makes you see the world in a different way and  makes you generate new ideas.

Well thats was todays tips, except from that i had great day once again. From work i went for a tour together my friend knowns as Elromatico to the most famous place i Drammen, McDonald's ofcource and greeted some friends who works there and continued our trip towards home.
It feels good to be back home for a while. Though it was late by time i got home and almost everybody was in bed, but was just good feeling there.

Its friday, and i had only one lesson at school today and spent the rest of the time in one of the Electronic Lab at school. At the begining of the school year, we had the chance of chosing when we wanted to do our lab exercises and i choose friday. At first i thought this was a bad idea just because most of my class mates had chosen other days. But i found out that this really is a day where i needed to be having my lab exercises.
In todays lab exercise we had to make an SV vippe with the help NAND gate, would love to explain to you what this is but am afraid it won't be easy. Anyway me and the guy i was working with managed to do this within an hour eventhough most of the students were complaining that this was the most difficult exercise they got so far and some couldn't finish within the time given.

Well this is somehow the advantage of why i have friday as my lab day cause i get to hear what problems other got while performing their lab.
will be working today..looking forward to that...

What makes you happy every day ?

Ofcourse its not possible to be happy every, but its possible to try and be happy because this makes your day even much better. When you are happy whether at school work or at home ,every thing you do seems to be fun. If a problem comes up you try to solve it in a positive way and if you don't make it you try again again. But thats opposite if you are not happy.

Today at school during the lunch break as i was walking down stairs to go meet my friend, to girls that i've never seen before just stopped me and ask me why i always smile? What i didn't know was that they have been looking at me for the past few days..he he ..nice :) well i said '' i don't know, thats the way am or maybe its todays menu (chicken and rice)?''

 But the truth is, i sometimes don't even know when am smiling And i  always try to be happy no matter what cause i know this will make my day perfect and if it does, this makes it an advantage to the people near or in contact with me. You should try this too sometime.....its feels good.............

do you play lottorie (lotto)?

A lot of people hate mandays because they are tired from what they have been doing during the weekend and therefore would rather relax on this day than going to school or work. Well this is not the case with me. I hate wednesdays instead, because thats when i start earlier at school during the week and quit late in the evening. Today was quite different from other wednesdays, maybe cause i did something i enjoyed most or i don't know....but it seemed like a fair day or should i say how a wednesday is suppose to be.

But i remember the only time that i had realy fun today was only during my school project work with my group  mate.

we have been working with this project for about a month and one of the most interesting thing we have found out during this project is that the company which we went on vistising as part of the project, is the one responsible for measurement of the lottorie balls. That is, they make sure the balls bounce equally when sent off to the picking machine and that they are of the same size. I think its really cool that am part of this project cause i get to be one of the few people who just found out about this.



One more thing we just found out is that some student at my school are the one who delivered an automatic system to measure these lottorie balls with accuracy..
 this is really cool...

What a day!!

They say we have to work hard at school and spend more time studying to get the best results. Well thats true and this is what i have been trying to do for the past days since i started at school. I normaly finish at 20:00 hour almost ever day. But today i decided to go home a bit early.

 

The next hour at home was on food making and some music along side. I try to make food every day after school if i get enough time because this helps me save some money ,but doesn't work all the time. So i managed to came up with something.
