Anyway today i thought of sharing with you some of the tricks i use to get the result i want. Here are some :
1: Take shower every morning if you have the posibility, this helps you recover from the morning tiredness and you will therefore be active in class.
2: Eat break fast. Your brain needs food to function in the right way and this will make it easy for you to remember what you've learn.
3: Minimise your time for watching TVand internet surffing. This help the brain to remain fresh
4: Do some physical excerise in through fitness trening, dancing and many other activities that will make you sweat for at least 15 minutes
5: Don't go to bed very late...
This is all i have for you as of now.
NB: Remember to always be positive and a smile on your face makes it work...........
Sorry to say it but this won't win you any prices for a great article. I was really disappointed when reading this. Of cause you are right, but with that title, I certainly hoped for some unique tips and tricks.

Hi Alexander, thank you for your concern about this article and am very sorry that you were disappointed. actually the article reflects what i do and it is based on some not all the tips that i got some friends and some research. i will try my best next time..
